DJ Weirdo is a product of GrahamPHeath ("DJ Weirdo," "GrahamPHeath," "we,"
"us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when
you use DJ Weirdo, including its browser extension, desktop, mobile, and
related online services (together, the "Service").

Our approach

DJ Weirdo collects limited operational information needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Some events use persistent identifiers, and account-related events may be associated with account information. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or operate a data-broker business. Our infrastructure and service providers may process this information on our behalf, and information may be disclosed when legally required.

A persistent identifier can distinguish activity over time even when it does
not display a person's name. For that reason, we do not describe our
operational analytics as anonymous.

Information we may handle

Depending on the feature, platform, and settings you use, we may handle:

Account and authentication information, such as email address, account
identifier, sign-in-provider information, and authentication tokens used to
keep you signed in.
Settings and Service content, such as voice and announcement settings,
source settings, feature preferences, generated-script history, and other
preferences needed to provide the Service.
Now-playing and media information used by a now-playing or announcement
feature, such as the source application or service, track title, artist,
album, playback status, duration, position, and timestamps. The information
available differs by platform. Android features may use media-session
information exposed through notification access.
Generated requests and output needed for DJ scripts, voiceovers, or
related features, such as relevant settings, media information, track
history, generated text, voice or model choices, and generated audio.
Purchase and credit information if purchases or credits are available,
such as purchase or checkout status, credit balance or usage, account
linkage, and transaction or session identifiers. Payment-card information is
processed by the payment processor rather than collected directly by DJ
Weirdo.
Optional postal-code and weather information if you use a
weather-related feature. A ZIP or postal code can be personal or
coarse-location information depending on context.
Support communications that you send to us, including contact details,
message content, attachments, and information needed to investigate or
respond to your request.
Operational analytics and diagnostics, such as a persistent pseudonymous
app or browser identifier; app, extension, device, browser, or platform
information; version; feature and settings changes; sign-in, purchase,
announcement, playback, provider, and service-operation status; performance
data; request or operation identifiers; and error details. Some server-side
events may be associated with an account identifier, and limited events may
include email or account context.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service; keep you signed in and
remember preferences; provide requested music, announcement, generation,
purchase, and credit features; answer support requests; protect the Service and
its users; prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, and unauthorized use;
diagnose failures; improve reliability and features; enforce applicable terms;
and comply with law.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use limited operational analytics and diagnostics to operate, secure,
troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This is not an advertising analytics
program. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.

The Service is designed to limit automatic browser analytics collection,
including automatic interaction capture, automatic pageview/page-leave
capture, and session recording. Those measures do not make telemetry anonymous
or prevent service providers from processing information needed to provide
their services.

How information is processed or shared

We may use service providers to process information for the purposes described
in this Policy. Depending on the feature used, these providers may include:

cloud infrastructure, identity, storage, queueing, and backend providers,
including Amazon Web Services;
an analytics provider, including PostHog;
AI generation providers, including OpenAI and, where enabled, ElevenLabs;
a payment processor, including Stripe where purchases are enabled;
a weather provider where an optional weather feature is enabled; and
a customer-support provider used to receive and handle support or privacy
requests.

These providers may process the information needed for their role. Network
providers, service providers, and legally authorized actors may be able to
correlate information in ways DJ Weirdo does not control. We do not represent
that use of a pseudonymous identifier makes information impossible to link or
identify.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law,
respond to valid legal process, enforce applicable terms, protect the security
or integrity of the Service, or protect the rights, safety, and property of
users, the public, or DJ Weirdo.

Retention and requests

We retain information for periods that can vary by category, purpose, feature,
service provider, and legal or operational need. Information may be retained to
provide an account or requested feature, resolve a support or security issue,
keep required business records, enforce agreements, or comply with law. Copies
may also persist for a limited period in backups, logs, queues, and systems
managed by service providers.

You may ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information
by using the support contact shown on the DJ Weirdo website. We may need to
verify your identity and request details. Requests are evaluated under
applicable law, and any scope, timing, or legal or operational limitations will
be explained. A deletion request is not an immediate or unconditional promise
to erase every copy from every system; some information may be retained where
required or permitted by law or for backup, security, fraud-prevention,
payment, or recordkeeping purposes.

Deleting the Service from a device does not delete a DJ Weirdo account or
server-side information. It also may not remove all local information.

Security

We use measures intended to protect information appropriate to the nature of
the Service. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we
or our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws
that differ from those in your location.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided personal information to DJ Weirdo, please contact us through the
support contact shown on the DJ Weirdo website.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service or applicable requirements
change. The current version will be posted at
